Liz was very helpful in getting my house prepared for a Sale as well as the purchase of a new home. She is extremely thorough & covers every step along the way. This includes Staging the house, which was a game changer. One of her best qualities came down to the negotiations at time of contract. Her knowledge of Real Estate & ability to get the best possible deal for us was clearly evident. Liz will not compromise until all options have been exhausted.
